1. Booking & Payment
A non‑refundable deposit of $100 is required to secure your event date.
The remaining balance is due on the day of the event, before services begin.
Bookings are confirmed only after the deposit is received.
2. Cancellations & Refunds
Deposits are non‑refundable.
Cancellations made on the day of the event require payment of 50% of the remaining balance, in addition to the non‑refundable $100 deposit.
If Booth Theory must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued.
3. Event Requirements
Client must provide a 10 ft x 10 ft space, one standard power outlet, and safe access for setup.
Outdoor events require full weather protection and an indoor backup option.
Client is responsible for ensuring the venue allows photo booth equipment.
4. Setup & Breakdown
Booth Theory arrives 60–90 minutes before the event for setup.
Setup and breakdown time are not counted toward your rental hours.
Client must ensure early access to the venue.
5. Overtime
Overtime may be requested at the event if available.
Overtime is billed at $200 per hour, due at the time of request.
6. Damage & Liability
Client is responsible for any damage to equipment caused by guests, venue, or event conditions.
Booth Theory is not liable for injuries, accidents, or venue‑related issues.
7. Props & Backdrops
Props and backdrops must be returned in the same condition.
Lost or damaged props/backdrops may incur replacement fees.
8. Printing & Digital Delivery
Instant prints (if added) are subject to printer availability and event conditions.
Digital photos are delivered via email, SMS, or online gallery depending on your package.
9. Photo Usage
Booth Theory may use event photos for marketing unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
Clients may opt out at any time.
10. Technical Issues
In the rare event of equipment failure, Booth Theory will:
Attempt immediate troubleshooting
Provide a partial refund or time extension if needed
Refunds are limited to the portion of the service affected.
11. Client Responsibility
Client must ensure guests behave respectfully around equipment.
Booth Theory reserves the right to shut down the booth if guests pose a safety risk.
12. Photo Templates & Customization
Booth Theory will provide a custom photo template layout for client approval no later than 14 days before the event.
Clients may request revisions during the 7-day window following template delivery. No changes to the template will be accepted within 7 days of the event date unless a rush change fee of $25 is paid at the time of the request.
Once the 7-day change window has closed, the approved template is considered final and will be used as-is at the event.
All template approvals and change requests must be confirmed in writing via email or text. Failure to respond to the template for approval within the provided window will be considered acceptance of the design as presented.
