  • as soon as you can — seriously. weekends especially fill up fast and we'd hate for your date to be taken. we recommend booking at least 4–6 weeks in advance to give us enough time to customize everything perfectly for your event.

  • a non-refundable $100 deposit is required to secure your date. your remaining balance is due on the day of the event before we get started. no deposit = no date, so lock it in!

  • we need at least a 10x10 ft space, one standard power outlet, and easy access for setup. the more room the better — your guests will want space to get creative.

  • we show up 60–90 minutes before your event to get everything set up and looking right. setup and breakdown time are not counted toward your rental hours so you get every minute you paid for.

  • yes, but outdoor events require full weather protection and an indoor backup option. sun, wind, and rain are not the vibe for equipment.

  • it's rare but if it happens we're on it immediately. we'll troubleshoot on the spot and if needed we'll offer a partial refund or time extension for any portion of the service affected.

  • absolutely — that's kind of our thing. we'll have your custom template ready for approval 2 weeks before your event. you'll have a week to request any changes after that. no changes can be made within 7 days of your event so make sure you review it early

  • your digital gallery will be delivered via email or SMS after your event. every photo, every candid, every chaotic group shot — all yours to keep and share.

  • we're based in providence, rhode island and primarily serve the local area. reach out and let us know your location and we'll let you know if we can make it work.

  • yes! add-ons can be requested any time before your event. just reach out and we'll update your package. some add-ons are subject to availability so the earlier the better.

  • deposits are non-refundable. if you cancel on the day of the event, 50% of the remaining balance is also due. if we ever have to cancel on our end for any reason, you'll receive a full refund — no questions asked.
